Irving Mill is the joint collaboration of Chef Partner John Schaefer and the Riva Family; Sergio, Mario and Suzanne. Chef John Schaefer is serving a seasonal American menu that is greenmarket-driven with French and Italian influences.

Irving Mill has three distinct dining areas: the Bar   Front Tap Room which is open to walk-ins, the Main Dining room where reservations are recommended and the Wine Cellar, our private dining room on the lower level, which seats up to 40 people.

Irving Mill's warm and comfortable design can best be described as "Old World Clean". The traditional wood paneling and beige accents create a dim, amber atmosphere at night, while more modern touches like whitewashed plaster walls evoke a brighter feel for the daytime. The restaurant's name pays homage to both the original tools for processing of food and spirits, as well as, historic American author Washington Irving.
